When painting mandalas, starting from the center, you bring your focus directly to a single point. Distracting thoughts have no place in that moment, and with the concentration required, you deepen your focus and connect with your own creativity. For me, painting mandalas is simply healing.
Since 2016, I’ve been painting mandalas on stones and haven’t stopped since. I began during a stressful phase of my life and realized that this practice calms me and helps against stress, as well as against racing thoughts and mental chatters.
Since then, I’ve been sharing my knowledge in Switzerland and Spain, and I’m sure I’ve inspired quite a few people to start painting mandalas.

By the way, you can also draw mandalas in a sketchbook and take it out on the train or during breaks if you’d prefer not to look at your phone.
You can paint mandalas alone or with someone special. Try creating a „Mandala Sunday“ and invite your friends to join!
I’d be happy to organize a workshop near you—feel free to reach out if interested.
